RULES & CONDITIONS: Anyone wishing to bid on items in the auction must register and obtain a bidders card. Anyone bidding for an account other than their own must register as such. Various payment options are available. Dealers bidding must register with the auction. Public Buyers bidding on vehicles may pay with a cashier’s check, personal check accompanied by an irrevocable bank letter of guarantee or provide a $1,000 cash deposit in order to pay by cash or credit card.

TERMS: All purchases are to be paid for the day of the auction by cash or cashiers check. A bank letter of guarantee must accompany all personal or company checks. NO EXCEPTIONS, FULL SETTLEMENT TO BE MADE DAY OF SALE. ALL checks should be made out to ADESA LEXINGTON VEHICLE AUCTION.

WARRANTY: Everything in the auction is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty or guarantee of any kind as to age, year of manufacturer, model, condition, make, etc. We encourage your personal inspection prior to bidding.
